Sea Lion Azure: Adventures in Biology

*QUICK NOTE!* Azure isn't dumb, she just doesn't know anything about life outside the Empire. She's never really met a seal except for her selkie friend, Scallop, as mention, and figured she was a seal because of this. She also only saw her friend dive down into the water, seemingly not coming up for air so she assumed that they have the ability to breath underwater. This is just for those who don't know much about the character and to clarify what she meant by her friend, Scallop.

I finally got around to doing this! When I saw this contest, I just had to enter, it looked so cute! This is sort of my first time drawing a sea lion, at least, as an adult. It was a lot of fun and, surprisingly, came out really well in my opinion. It took me a bit to figure out the look in terms of coloring, but I feel that came out well as well. I also tried something new with the background and I'm liking how it came out! Anyways, I hope you like it, it was a fun little comic to do! If you have the time, I recommend you do this as well! There's only a few entries and it ends May 31st and all entries will be featured in a video she's doing!
