Steward Ref

Alright, this will be the last character ref for now, at least until after I finish the contest entry I really need to work on. Anyways, this is Steward, Dr. Philter's butler, close friend, and helps to protect Philter's life as seen by his chain.

A bit about him:

Steward is your typical butler. A true gentlecolt, caring, kind, and always seems to know what to say, when and where to be. He built up these traits with time as he learned of what it meant to be a good butler and house keeper. He knows all the ways to clear a stain, organize a party, books, writing and sending invitations, keeping everything in line, how to cook and clean, to be a good listener and gardener, when you live in tandem with a vampony, you have the time to learn; by tying his life to Philter, he not only gave over his services to him for life, but ensured his family would be well looked after through the generations. As a former member of the group designated to defend for and against nightly beasts during it's earl, he is very skilled with his chain spear (as I'm calling it because I don't know how else to describe it). He's very strong, agile, and has plenty of stamina thanks to Philter's potion he gave him to ensure he had a working body despite the age the pack was made. Though he seems the perfect friend, butler to most, he does tend to keep many secrets, of which he is good at hiding, and refuses to speak of the past to those who are not close enough to know and can be harsh in that way. The way he nonchalantly takes down enemies as well as his cool reactions to blood and high stress situations can be good, but creepy to most; he's very desensitized to it all. He does feel pain and fears how others see him, fearing he would appear a monster for how he carries out missions and orders despite how necessary they may be. In a way, discrimination is his enemy, and though it doesn't happen often enough to be seen, he has been known to get violent, sterner, or harsh when such acts are taken. Sometimes, he will handle it with tack, but if it's against a friend or someone close, he will not be afraid to show rage. He is quiet hard on himself when he makes a mistake though it's not show as he knows how to put on a poker face of sorts especially with how bushy his facial hair is. He will not tell when something is wrong with him unless necessary or physical unless they're in a situation where that would be a burden to fix in that moment, otherwise, he keeps personal problems away from work though he speaks of things freely with Philter and with a very, very select few. When he expresses a grand sense of emotion, his eyebrows will move out revealing his eyes and even his mouth will show; it can be through surprise, fear, anger, happiness, and so on. All and all, he's a very supportive kind of bat pony who anyone can rely on.

Quick fact: that pocket watch does show the younger version of him and his wife back when she was alive and acts as a charm to hide his bat pony wings an added feature by Philter to make it easier for him to blend in, be more trusted, or less likely to cause a fuss as there is discrimination against bat ponies and it could deter business.
